So apparently there is a very curious trend of the UK: grooms pick up woman for their best man!! That can't be right.
Ah yes, maybe it's more curious in a country where getting married involves a stag night with lots of drinking and inappropriate behaviour (you couldn't have a woman involved in that, now, could you?)
Making a newspaper article about this is just total bullshit. Why does this have to be something odd?
I'm puzzled. And I believe there is more than just cultural difference in my perplexity.
